Q: What are your rates?
A: Beginning March 1st, 2024, all services (excluding website design and maintenance) are billed at an hourly rate of $55 per hour with a one hour minimum per month. Unpaid invoices are subject to a 2% late fee after 30 days.

Q: What kind of plans do you offer?
A: Since every client’s needs differ, I am happy to work with you to find the best solution for your goals! This can mean working on an “as-needed” basis throughout the month or determining a fixed number of hours per month to keep you on a budget. *Based on availability, certain a-la-carte services are billed at a flat rate dependent upon the need - contact me for more info.

Q: How does billing work?
A: Within the first few days of the month, you will receive an emailed invoice from Freshbooks with a bill for the month prior along with a supplemental time log that accounts for the hours billed. Invoices are due upon receipt. You can pay the invoice securely online with a credit card or ACH payment. You can also mail in a check to the address listed on the invoice.

Q: What is your availability/work schedule?
A: My work week is typically Mondays - Fridays between 9am-4pm, however I don’t typically take appointments on Mondays. I work in time blocks to be most efficient with my time (and yours), so emailing me is the best form of communication. I strive to respond to you within 24-48 hours whether that is an email, text or phone call. The weekends are reserved for my personal and family time so that I can be refreshed for the next week! I hope you do the same :)

    Can you hear me now? With the endless barrage of emails, phone calls and texts, I want our communications to stay prioritized and not lost deep in the inbox. I strive to clearly communicate with the utmost efficiency. I will regularly check in via email with a compiled list of items so that you have everything in one place. What I ask in return is to simply help me help you! If I need your approval or input, I will remind you 2x and then leave the ball in your court. You don’t need me to bother you incessantly and I don’t want to do that either!
